塑胶跑道对基础地面质量要求如下：

Plastic runway requirements on the quality of ground:

1、基础竣工后，水泥面层不得太光滑，不得有起砂、起壳脱皮和裂纹等现象。

2、平整度：3m直尺允许误差3mm以内。

3、坡度：符合体育工艺指标。

7、塑胶层铺设前，基础层应无油、无灰、干燥。
